Affiliate Terms

Disclosure Requirement

All affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in every piece of promotional content, in accordance with FTC guidelines. This includes blog posts, social media posts, videos, emails, and any other medium where you promote Ever Sausage Fest using your affiliate link.

Prohibited Conduct

No spam or unsolicited messages of any kind
No misleading claims about the product or membership benefits
No use of paid ads on branded keywords without prior written approval
No promoting on platforms that violate their terms of service

Commission & Payment

Affiliate commissions are paid monthly on the 1st of each month via PayPal or bank transfer for the prior month's confirmed earnings. The minimum payout threshold is $20. Balances below $20 roll over to the next month.

Cookie Window

Affiliate tracking cookies are valid for 30 days from the initial click. If a referred user subscribes within 30 days of clicking your link, you receive the commission.

Termination

Ever Sausage Fest reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct deemed harmful to the brand. Upon termination, any earned but unpaid commissions above the minimum threshold will be paid within 30 days.

Governing Law

These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
